Function introduction
This machine adopts relay control, imported temperature controller to control temperature and time relay to control welding time. It is suitable for spot welding of multi-layer various business card printing materials.
Applicable material range:
For PVC, ABS and pet, the spot welding parameters (such as temperature, time and pressure) of different materials are different.
Functional features
Double acting cylinder for power, welding pressure adjustable.
Two to three position solder joint configuration, and the solder joint position is adjustable, so that the welded material is not easy to move.
The panel of the discharge table can be designed freely, and the user can adjust the tilt angle of the discharging table according to their own needs,
So that the material can better automatic edge positioning.
Heating temperature control mode: heating hoop, imported temperature probe and temperature controller control temperature, simple setting and accurate temperature control.
The spot welding time is controlled by time relay, which is simple and convenient to set.
The discharge table is equipped with light transmission window and light transmission alignment lamp to facilitate the spot welding of multi-layer plate (such as inlay in the middle).
